Her background includes advising on buy-side and sell-side investment, development funding, and strategic land and redevelopment consultancy, covering stabilised assets, portfolios and development pipelines nationwide.
Beginning her career across living-focused valuation and agency roles before specialising in capital markets, Emma has worked with private equity, institutional capital, developers and owner-operators. This breadth gives her a robust commercial perspective on evolving investor strategies, operational expectations and long-term value drivers across the living sectors.
